1. ConduitCue: Bend Calculator design principles

ConduitCue: Bend Calculator is built for electricians who need reliable bend marks without giving up privacy. You do not create an account, and core calculations work fully offline.

Your bend calculations, project history, favorites, presets, and exported files are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad unless you explicitly use a backup or export feature.

2. Information stored on your device

When you use ConduitCue: Bend Calculator, the app may store the following locally on your device:

• Bend calculations, measurement inputs, and diagram settings
• Searchable history, favorites, projects, tags, room and floor details, and jobsite notes
• Custom presets, bender calibration settings, and measurement logs
• Pro exports, cut lists, and backup files you create or restore

3. Information we do not collect

ConduitCue: Bend Calculator does not require registration and does not collect a user account profile. We do not operate a backend that stores your bend data.

Telemetry and third-party analytics SDKs are disabled in the current release. We do not sell your personal information.

4. When ConduitCue uses the network

Most features in ConduitCue: Bend Calculator work without an internet connection. Network access may occur only in these situations:

• Purchasing, restoring, or refreshing a Pro subscription through the App Store and RevenueCat
• Opening links you choose to visit, such as this website, our support email, Terms of Service, or Privacy Policy
• Sending feedback email if you choose to contact us from the app

Purchase verification may involve an anonymous App Store / RevenueCat customer identifier. We do not use this identifier to track your bend calculations.

5. Website analytics

This website may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Plausible) to understand aggregate page visits. The website does not require login and does not receive your app calculation data.

6. Feedback and support

If you email us at hi@codemxm.com, we receive the information you include in your message. The app may optionally attach basic device diagnostics (such as app version and iOS version) to help us troubleshoot. You control whether you send that email.

7. Data retention and deletion

Data stored in ConduitCue: Bend Calculator remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app from your device. You can clear history, projects, and backups using in-app tools.

Support emails are retained only as long as needed to respond to your request.

8. Children's privacy

ConduitCue: Bend Calculator is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because most ConduitCue data stays on your device, you can delete it directly in the app. For privacy questions, contact us at hi@codemxm.com.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of ConduitCue: Bend Calculator after changes means you accept the updated policy.
