1. Acceptance of terms

By using ConduitCue: Bend Calculator, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Description of ConduitCue: Bend Calculator

ConduitCue: Bend Calculator is a professional conduit bend calculator for electricians, apprentices, construction workers, maintenance technicians, and experienced DIY users. The app provides calculation and visualization tools for EMT and conduit bending, including stub-ups, offsets, saddles, and related bend types.

Core calculations work offline. Optional Pro features are available through in-app purchase.

3. No professional engineering or code compliance guarantee

ConduitCue: Bend Calculator is a calculation and visualization aid only. It does not replace professional judgment, manufacturer bender specifications, site measurements, safety procedures, or compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.

You are solely responsible for verifying all bend marks, conduit sizing, clearances, and installation methods before performing any work.

4. License to use the app

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ConduitCue: Bend Calculator for personal or professional use in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store rules.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law or Apple’s App Store terms.

5. Pro subscriptions and purchases

ConduitCue Pro is available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase through the Apple App Store. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. We do not process payments directly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse ConduitCue: Bend Calculator, including attempting to:

• Access, probe, or disrupt app systems or services you are not authorized to use
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Redistribute calculation outputs in a way that misrepresents ConduitCue as an engineering certification

7. Your data

ConduitCue: Bend Calculator stores most user data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important project data and for securing your device.

8. Intellectual property

ConduitCue: Bend Calculator, including its software, design, diagrams, text, and branding, is owned by CodeMXM or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app or its content.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

ConduitCue: Bend Calculator is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that calculations will be error-free, that the app will meet every jobsite requirement, or that service will be uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConduitCue and CodeMXM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, rework costs, project delays, or property damage arising from your use of ConduitCue: Bend Calculator or reliance on its calculations.

Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro access in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50 if you use the free version.

11. Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update ConduitCue: Bend Calculator or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
